Read them, use them, and send them to whoever needs them. Advisers and family offices are welcome to use this material with their own clients, and no attribution is required. That is what it is for.
- You may not republish the guides wholesale as your own work, or resell them.
- You may not use this site or its contents to train a commercial language model without our agreement.
- You may quote and link freely.
No relationship is created by reading
Using this site, submitting a form, or receiving a reply from the office does not by itself make you a client. A relationship begins when we have agreed one in writing, including what we will do and on what terms. Until then, nothing here should be relied upon as advice given to you.
What we ask of you
- Give us accurate information. We form views on what you tell us, and an incomplete picture produces a worse answer, sometimes an expensive one.
- Do not use the forms to submit anything unlawful, or anybody else's personal data without their knowledge.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its private links or its systems.
Applications and reviews
We work with a limited number of private partners and we do not accept every application. Submitting one places no obligation on either side, costs nothing, and does not open a file unless you ask us to. We may decline without giving reasons, and we will tell you plainly rather than leaving you waiting.
Screening
Applications involving assets or company structure are screened against published sanctions and politically exposed person data as a matter of routine. It is not a judgement about you, it is always reviewed by a person, and it is described in full on the privacy page.
Private links
Where the office sends you a status page or a document link, it is private to you, unguessable, and not indexed by search engines. Treat it as you would any other confidential correspondence. We can withdraw a link at any time, and we will if we believe it has been shared beyond its purpose.
Arrangements
Where you book a hotel, transfer, connectivity, table or experience through a link on this site, your contract is with that provider and their terms govern it, including cancellation and refunds. Where the office arranges something for you directly, our own engagement terms apply and we tell you what they are before we begin.
Availability
We aim to keep the site up and current, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or withdraw material at any time. Where a guide is revised, the date at the top changes.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this site or reliance on general information published here. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing here reduces what we owe a client under an engagement actually agreed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Thai law and the Thai courts have jurisdiction, save where mandatory consumer protection in your own country gives you rights you cannot be deprived of.

Changes
We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised version.
